Watsons opens Asia’s first Watsons Plus store in Kuala Lumpur

Watsons has launched its first Watsons Plus store in Asia at Isetan Lot 10 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Spanning over 18,000 square feet, the location is the largest Watsons in Malaysia and has been recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records as the country’s largest health and beauty retail store.

The new retail format integrates physical shopping with digital services through the company’s Offline plus Online (O+O) ecosystem. The store carries more than 17,000 health, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle products organized into specialized experiential zones, including luxury fragrances, K-Beauty, J-Beauty, C-Beauty, and dedicated areas for hair health, sustainability, and sleep solutions.

In addition to retail, the store features a Watsons Pharmacy, a Watsons Club Lounge, and a café concept in partnership with ZUS COFFEE. Caryn Loh, Regional Managing Director of Health & Beauty Asia at AS Watson Group, stated that Malaysia serves as the launch market for this innovation, with potential to scale the concept across Asia.
