Watts Co., Ltd. opens new 100-yen shop locations in Japan

Watts Co., Ltd., a Japanese retailer specializing in 100-yen shops and variety stores, has announced the opening of two new locations in late August 2026.

In Izumo City, the Watts with Izumo Station South Wellness store opened on August 23, 2026, located within the Wellness Izumo Station South store. This addition brings the total number of Watts locations in Izumo City to 13 as of August 25.

In Komatsushima City, Tokushima Prefecture, the Watts with Yokosu Kusuri no Lady store opened on August 27, 2026. The new branch is situated within the Kusuri no Lady Yokosu store and offers a range of daily necessities, including kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and stationery.

As of July 2026, Watts Co., Ltd. has reached a total of 1,940 stores nationwide and continues to pursue an aggressive expansion strategy.
