Wavestone leases 9,812 square feet in Midtown Manhattan

Wavestone, a global strategic business and technology transformation consulting firm based in France, has signed a lease for 9,812 square feet of office space at 511 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

The firm will relocate approximately two blocks east from its current location at 130 West 42nd Street to occupy the 13th floor of the 18-story building. The move is intended to support the company’s continued growth in the New York market. The 511 Fifth Avenue property was recently redeveloped by owners Aurora Capital, Wharton Properties, and Achs Management, featuring modern amenities and a renovated lobby.

Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal for Wavestone. While the specific timing of the move, the lease term, and the rental rate were not disclosed, the new location offers proximity to Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal.
