Wavve announces ‘Muhan Sangsa-Hawasu Never Die’ series

Wavve has announced the upcoming December release of ‘Muhan Sangsa-Hawasu Never Die’, a new original office mystery comedy series. The project reimagines the popular ‘Muhan Sangsa’ segment from the variety show ‘Infinite Challenge’ for a 2026 setting.

Original cast members Park Myung-soo and Jung Jun-ha return as the long-standing duo ‘Hawasu’. Park portrays a lazy Deputy Manager Park, while Jung plays Manager Jung, a character known for his love of food and exceptional mathematical skills.

New cast members include Yoon Doo-joon, playing Ji Dae-han, a restructuring expert sent to dismiss the duo, and Bae Yoon-kyung, playing Min Tae-ri, an elite employee with spiritual sensitivities who seeks to protect the duo. The series will follow the characters as they navigate mysterious occurrences within the office.

To coincide with the premiere, Wavve will also release 14 existing ‘Muhan Sangsa’ episodes from ‘Infinite Challenge’ in 4K upscaled quality.
