Wawa announces new store openings in Tennessee

Wawa has announced the grand opening dates for three new convenience store locations in Tennessee. The expansion includes a store in Dickson opening on August 26, followed by Lebanon on September 2, and Murfreesboro on September 10.

Each new location involves an investment of over $7.5 million and is expected to employ an average of 35 people. The company aims to have up to seven stores operational in the state by the end of 2026, with plans to open more than 50 locations across Tennessee over the next decade. This expansion is estimated to create approximately 1,750 long-term jobs.
