Wayne Rooney's Barbados villa rents for £25,000 per week

Former English football star Wayne Rooney and his wife have showcased their luxury Caribbean estate in the new Disney+ reality series, ‘Meet The Rooneys’. The villa is located in Westmoreland, an exclusive area on the island of Barbados known as the ‘Northern Neighborhood’ due to its concentration of celebrities from Northern England.

The property, purchased in 2010 for approximately £5 million, is situated within a gated community of 225 private villas offering amenities such as a golf course, spa, private beach, and club. The mansion features five bedrooms, a large swimming pool, a modern kitchen, and a family cinema room.

When not used by the Rooney family, the estate is available for rent at a rate of £25,000 per week.
