The WDR talk show ‘Kölner Treff’ recently celebrated its 50th anniversary with a special primetime broadcast. While the program has a history dating back to 1976, the current iteration of the show originally returned in 2006 following a 23-year hiatus.

Following the anniversary episode, the program is scheduled to continue its regular run on September 25, hosted by Micky Beisenherz and Susan Link. Upcoming guests include actor Heiner Lauterbach, who is planning a live tour for 2027, and Barbara Salesch. The episode will also feature the daughter of CSU politician Markus Söder discussing her future plans.
