Weather forecast predicts rain in parts of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh

Weather patterns in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh are shifting due to cyclonic circulation and western disturbances.

In Uttar Pradesh, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light to moderate rain with thunderstorms across 22 districts on October 9. Affected areas include Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, and Sonbhadra. Conversely, regions such as Noida, Agra, Lucknow, and Varanasi are expected to remain dry with sunny conditions. Temperatures are expected to fluctuate, with a potential drop of 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next 24 hours.

In Madhya Pradesh, 16 districts including Rewa, Jabalpur, and Satna are likely to experience clouds and light drizzle through October 9. Major cities like Bhopal and Indore will see bright sunshine. Forecasters indicate that weather conditions will turn dry and clear starting October 10 as the current weather system weakens. While daytime temperatures in some districts exceed 37 degrees Celsius, nighttime temperatures remain around 17 to 18 degrees Celsius.
