Weber State defeats Idaho State 27-20 in college football

Weber State secured a 27-20 victory over Idaho State on Saturday, led by Spencer Ferguson’s 133 rushing yards and a decisive 2-yard touchdown run with 1:10 remaining in the game. The win brings Weber State to a 5-3 record and 4-1 in the Big Sky Conference.

Idaho State, ranked 21st in the Stats Perform FCS poll, held a halftime lead of 14-6. Despite a late push that reached the Weber State 16-yard line, the Bengals were unable to score after Davis Harsin was sacked on fourth down. Weber State extended their lead to 27-20 following a successful two-point conversion pass from Nate Dahle to Noah Kjar.
