Pinnacle Investment Management adds $50 bn to funds under management in FY26

Pinnacle Investment Management reported a 31 % rise in net profit after tax for fiscal year 2026, increasing from $134.4 million to $176.7 million. The firm’s total funds under management grew by $50 bn, reaching $229.4 bn, driven by strong net inflows of $33.4 bn. Retail assets rose to $50.7 bn with $10.2 bn of new money, while international assets climbed to $74.9 bn, up $23.5 bn. Managing director Ian Macoun highlighted diversified growth across the firm and its affiliates. In April 2026 Pinnacle completed the acquisition of the remaining 79 % stake in UK affiliate Pacific Asset Management, moving from a 21 % to full ownership. Pacific’s founder‑CEO Matthew Lamb will join Pinnacle’s board as an executive director, expanding the group’s global distribution capability.

The results underscore Pinnacle’s strategy of expanding its active‑management platform and leveraging technology to broaden geographic reach.
