Webuild receives BB+ credit rating confirmation from S&P

S&P Global Ratings has confirmed the credit profile of Webuild, maintaining a BB+ rating with a stable outlook. The agency's annual review cited adequate liquidity and low country risk based on the quality of the markets in which the group operates.

Webuild reported strong financial performance, with revenues in the first half of 2026 reaching 6.7 billion euros, consistent with record levels from 2025. Over 60% of these revenues were generated internationally, with strategic growth opportunities identified in Europe, Australia, North America, and the Middle East. The group also recorded 7.7 billion euros in new orders during the same period.

The rating confirmation comes ahead of a significant corporate move: the period for joining the public tender offer for Trevi begins on September 28 and will conclude on November 20. Through this operation, Webuild aims to strengthen its expertise in special foundations, a critical component for complex large-scale infrastructure projects.
