Webull Corporation reports record Q2 2026 revenue and profit

Webull Corporation reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $198.8 million, representing a 51% increase year-over-year. The company swung to a net profit of $24.4 million, compared to a loss of $28.3 million in the same period the previous year.

Growth was primarily driven by trading-related activities, which rose 66% to $147.7 million. Specifically, options revenue increased to $88.4 million, while equity revenue reached $33.5 million. The company noted that the elimination of the Pattern Day Trader rule served as a catalyst for increased trading volumes.

Despite the record revenue, cryptocurrency trading remained a marginal contributor, accounting for only $2.25 million, or approximately 1% of total revenue. President Anthony Michael Denier indicated that the company is gradually implementing cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal features to expand this segment. This follows a trend seen at other brokerages like Robinhood, which reported a decline in crypto transaction revenue during the same period.
