Webull Corporation acquires Pi Securities and executes executive stock sale

Webull Corporation has completed the acquisition of approximately 99.36% of Thailand-based Pi Securities for roughly US$100 million. The deal, which received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand, involved purchasing 90.98% of the firm from Country Group Holdings for US$90 million and an additional 8.38% from another shareholder for US$10 million.

Through this acquisition, Webull aims to reach a combined asset under management (AUM) of THB 200 billion in Thailand. The company plans to integrate Pi Securities’ expertise in equities, derivatives, and wealth management with Webull’s technological and AI capabilities. Initially, both entities will continue to operate under their existing brands.

Separately, Webull President Anthony Michael Denier sold 53,846 shares of company stock on September 8th at an average price of $9.58, totaling approximately $515,844. The sale was conducted under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, leaving Denier with a direct ownership of 2,278,449 shares.
