Webull to launch Bitcoin perpetual futures in U.S. via Kalshi

Webull has announced plans to introduce cryptocurrency perpetual futures to eligible U.S. customers starting in November. The expansion will be facilitated through a partnership with Kalshi, a regulated derivatives exchange.

Under the agreement, the perpetual futures will be listed on KalshiEX LLC, a designated contract market regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Transactions will be cleared through Kalshi Klear LLC, which operates as a CFTC-regulated derivatives clearing organization. Webull will provide access to these products through existing Webull Futures accounts.

The initial offering will focus on Bitcoin, with plans to include other selected cryptocurrencies. This move aims to bring leveraged digital asset trading into the U.S. regulated framework, providing continuous exposure to asset prices without the fixed expiration dates found in traditional futures contracts.
