Wednesday Season 3 wraps production with new image of Jenna Ortega

Netflix has officially announced that principal photography for the third season of its hit series ‘Wednesday’ has concluded. The production, which began in February 2026, took place primarily near Dublin, Ireland, with additional filming in Paris, France.

To mark the milestone, Netflix released a new image of Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, depicted in a dark, moody setting working at a vintage typewriter. The series, which remains one of Netflix’s most popular English-language shows, is now entering the post-production phase, involving editing, visual effects, and sound design.

Season 3 will feature returning cast members including Emma Myers, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, and Fred Armisen. New additions to the ensemble include Eva Green, Winona Ryder, Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy, and Chris Sarandon. The new season is expected to expand the lore of the Addams family and Nevermore Academy, potentially following storylines involving the search for Enid Sinclair and the introduction of new family members like Ophelia Frump.

While a specific release date has not been confirmed, current expectations point toward a 2027 premiere.
