wedotv expands MagentaTV offering with new channels and targeted advertising

The ad-supported streaming provider wedotv is expanding its presence on Deutsche Telekom’s MagentaTV platform in Germany. The expansion includes the launch of two new Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) channels: wedotv Sports, which focuses on live sports, highlights, and documentaries, and wedotv True Stories, which features content regarding society, history, and true crime.

In addition to the new channels, wedotv is introducing Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) technology across its three channels, including the existing wedotv Movies. This technology allows advertisers to book space programmatically and execute targeted, addressable advertising campaigns based on specific viewer demographics.
