Weekend activities planned for Toulouse and Lot regions in France

Toulouse Lot wine and chocolate salon French gastronomy museum free admission

Various cultural and gastronomic events are scheduled across the Toulouse and Lot regions from October 30 to November 1.

In Toulouse, the MEETT venue is hosting the Wine and Chocolate Salon, featuring 335 producers and exhibitors. The event includes a sommelier battle and a wine auction. Additionally, several museums and monuments in Toulouse, such as the Musée Saint-Raymond and the Muséum d’histoire naturelle, will offer free admission on Sunday, November 1.

In the Lot department, the 26th Wine and Cheese Fair is taking place in the Lot Valley. The fair showcases regional specialties including wines from Cahors, Burgundy, and Alsace, alongside cheeses from Auvergne, Savoie, and the Pyrenees. Other local products like Quercy duck and foie gras are also featured.
