These reports include serious issues such as life-threatening pancreatitis.

In a specific case in the United States, a 19-year-old law student from California, Josephine Nasr, died following the use of Tirzepatide. Investigations suggest her death, which occurred while studying in London, was likely caused by a heart arrhythmia following nausea and vomiting.

While experts urge caution and call for more detailed investigations into these links, they also note that these medications provide proven benefits in protecting patients from other life-threatening conditions related to obesity and diabetes.
