Weissenhäuser Strand named Top Employer for fourth consecutive year
The holiday and leisure park Weissenhäuser Strand has been named a ‘TOP ARBEITGEBER’ (Top Employer) by Rolling Pin magazine for the fourth consecutive year. The awards were presented during the Rolling Pin Convention in Düsseldorf in late September 2026.
This year, only 13 companies across Germany met the rigorous standards required for the distinction. To qualify, organizations must satisfy at least 80 percent of a criteria catalog consisting of over 50 different aspects, which are evaluated by independent auditors.
Weissenhäuser Strand’s recognition is supported by various employee benefits, including a five-day work week, crew housing, a free shuttle service from Oldenburg i. H., and access to a company vehicle fleet. Other incentives include a referral program offering up to 1,000 euros, free language courses in German, English, and Danish, and an electronic time-tracking system.
