Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun announced to receive first anime film
A feature film project for the anime series ‘Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun’ has been officially announced. The news was revealed during the ‘DEVIL’S PARTY! 2’ special event held at the Nippon Kogakuin Arena on September 27, 2026.
The film is expected to tell a completely original story that does not directly correspond to existing arcs in Osamu Nishi’s manga. While a specific release date has not been set, the project is anticipated to premiere in Japanese theaters sometime in 2027, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the manga's serialization in Weekly Shonen Champion.
The announcement was accompanied by a teaser video and received enthusiastic reactions from the cast, including voice actor Ayumu Murase. The series, which has surpassed 20 million copies in circulation, recently concluded its fourth anime season.
