German firms WELCON Europe and Compart IT‑Solutions expand with new headquarters and Berlin office

WELCON Europe GmbH & Co. KG will move its corporate headquarters to Industriestraße 5 in Emmerke (Giesen), Germany, in January 2027. The new site will combine logistics, a large showroom and administration under one roof, aiming to streamline operations and improve customer service. The relocation follows a 40 % increase in first‑half‑2026 revenue, which the founder and CEO Stefan Iburg attributes to strong demand for home‑wellness products.

Compart IT‑Solutions GmbH is opening a new sales and consulting office on Flottenstraße 28‑42 in Berlin, slated for early September 2026. The branch will support the growing demand for wireless data networking, high‑availability point‑to‑point links, private‑5G campus networks and modern WLAN solutions across Berlin, Brandenburg and eastern German states. CEO Dirk Hartmann says the location will enable faster project delivery and closer collaboration with industrial, critical‑infrastructure and public‑sector customers.
