Well World longevity complex to be built near Istanbul

The Tundjer family, owners of Esteworld, has announced the development of Well World, a 250 million euro healthy aging and longevity complex located in the Şile district near Istanbul. Spanning 750,000 square meters, the project is designed as a hybrid of a clinic, club, and residences.

The development will be executed in phases. The first phase features a 3,000 square meter day medical center offering genetic testing, gut microbiota analysis, and personalized health strategies tailored to individual lifestyles and genetics. The second phase will include residential spaces for short-term stays, sports facilities, and social club areas. Accommodations are expected to be available starting October 29, 2028.

CEO Burak Tundjer noted that the project follows years of research into the European longevity market, including studies of specialized centers in Switzerland and Austria. The initiative aims to provide preventative and personalized health services to capture demand from international clients who currently travel to Europe for advanced aging-related medical programs.
