Wellington Arnaud team develops growth strategies for Central Cibao

The political team for Wellington Arnaud, a presidential pre-candidate for the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), held a regional working session in La Vega to develop growth strategies for the Central Cibao region. The event focused on establishing programmatic and marketing guidelines for Arnaud’s presidential aspirations across the provinces of Monseñor Nouel, Sánchez Ramírez, and La Vega.

The session was led by Lorenzo Ramírez, National Director of Passports, and César Cerda, Director of the Monseñor Nouel Aqueduct and Sewerage Corporation (CORAMON). Cerda urged local leaders to collaborate with PRM officials to increase internal party support and act as multipliers for development messages. Additionally, Wilfredo Castillo emphasized the importance of using both traditional media and digital platforms to disseminate Arnaud’s proposals and government achievements throughout the targeted provinces.
