Wellness brands and hotels prioritize sleep quality and rest
The hospitality and wellness sectors are increasingly focusing on sleep quality as a luxury and essential component of well-being. Novotel has introduced the ‘Longevity Everyday’ platform, which includes the ‘Novotel Sleep Quest’ project. Guided by sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo, this initiative addresses issues such as jet lag and irregular schedules through improved bedding, specialized menus, and light and sound recommendations.
In Spain, Bahía del Duque in Tenerife has launched the ‘Stress Free’ experience. This four-night program combines mindfulness, coaching, meditation, yoga, and physiotherapy to reduce stress and improve physical and mental recovery.
In the retail sector, Nessen and its distributor MiColchón have launched a campaign titled ‘The true luxury is waking up very well,’ featuring actress Esther Arroyo. The campaign emphasizes the connection between quality rest and daily life quality, focusing on the importance of how one feels after waking up. The initiative is particularly active in the Andalusia region of Spain.
