Wellness events for women scheduled in Japan

Two distinct wellness events focusing on women's physical and mental health are scheduled to take place in Japan in late 2026.

On November 7, 2026, the “Barbie’s Bloomest Project in Fujimi” will be held at LaLaport Fujimi in Saitama Prefecture. The free event aims to encourage participants to reflect on their minds and bodies through activities such as a stamp rally, expert consultations at specialized booths, and stage programs featuring Barbie from Foreign Love and Miracle Hikaru.

On November 29, 2026, Samurai Partners and CLUB PILATES will host the “Otonano Shishunki Fes” (Adult Puberty Festival) at CE LA VI TOKYO in Shibuya. Led by talent Sarina Suzuki, the women-only event seeks to reframe menopause as a positive “adult puberty” phase. The program includes Pilates, hip-hop aerobics, meditation, and rhythmic dance sessions.
