Wellness experts launch habit tools to curb phone scrolling and boost sleep

Performance strategist Rob Warnock introduced Scrolln, a behavioral‑wellness app that detects personal "Danger Zones" for mindless phone scrolling and intervenes with a 30‑second guided breathing pause. The app also features a "Pause Room" where users see others pausing at the same time, turning a private struggle into a shared movement.

Health coach Gary Brecka promoted a two‑step morning routine: spending 30 minutes in natural sunlight to reset the circadian rhythm, followed by deep‑breath exercises with extended breath holds to increase vascular dilation. He claims the routine improves sleep quality, hormone balance and overall longevity.
