Wellness trends promote antistress therapy and low stimulation rituals

The concept of reducing daily stress through intentional relaxation and decreased sensory input is gaining attention. Supernova has launched the ‘MOVE antistress’ campaign, encouraging individuals to prioritize downtime through activities such as watching films, listening to music, or simply resting without guilt. The campaign suggests using the MOVE application to find curated content to facilitate these moments.

Complementing this, the practice of ‘low stimulation rituals’ is being highlighted as a method to combat constant digital and environmental noise. This involves intentionally reducing stimuli—such as phone notifications, background music, or continuous scrolling—for short periods, ranging from 15 to 20 minutes. Examples include drinking coffee without a phone, reading, or sitting quietly to allow for greater presence and mental space.
