WellsTech to host joint training convention for employment support

WellsTech Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Nihon Kaigo Co., Ltd. (Study Hub) and size LLC (Creative Center size), will host a joint training convention focused on general employment support. The event aims to consolidate expertise and know-how from multiple Type B continuous employment support offices to assist new staff members.

The training program is scheduled for October 2026, consisting of two online sessions on October 12 and 13, followed by an in-person session on October 23 in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The convention seeks to address the lack of standardized methods in employment support by sharing practical procedures, mindsets, and sales-oriented perspectives necessary for interacting with external companies.

Participation is free and intended for new employees or those seeking foundational knowledge in employment support services. The event expects approximately 20 to 30 participants.
