Welshpool magistrates warned Richard Williams after he breached a domestic‑violence protection order by entering his partner’s home between May 22 and 24. Thomas Price, 62, known locally as “Wales’ gypsy horse king”, was sentenced to 21 months in prison after being found in possession of horse feed, breaching a criminal‑behaviour order that bans him from keeping animals for life. The court noted his history of animal‑cruelty offences and ordered him to pay a £187 victim surcharge.
