Werne Solebad to host Model Boat Day parade

The Solebad in Werne will host its Model Boat Day on Sunday, September 27, marking the traditional conclusion of the outdoor pool season. From 10:00 to 16:00, model building enthusiasts will present various vessels, including sailboats and motorboats, in the pool.

A highlight of the event is a fleet parade scheduled for 14:00, where all models will complete a collective circuit. The event features additional activities such as children's programs organized by Solebad apprentices, food and drink sales by the local DLRG group, and refreshments from the Bella Luna animal welfare association. Admission to the event is free.
