Werwölfe reality gameshow returns for second season on ARD

The reality gameshow ‘Werwölfe - Das Spiel von List und Täuschung’ is returning to the German broadcaster ARD for a second season. The show is an adaptation of the French social game ‘Les Loups-garous de Thiercelieux’.

Following the success of its first season, which garnered approximately five million streams and received the German Entertainment Award, the format has been renewed. Michael Kessler will return to provide voice-over narration for the series.

The competition features 15 non-celebrity contestants playing villagers in a forest setting. Among them are three werewolves who attempt to eliminate villagers at night and manipulate the group during the day.
