Wes Star Osaka launches Asia pop-up tour for Netflix film
Wes Star Osaka Co., Ltd. has launched an Asia tour of official pop-up stores to commemorate the first anniversary of the Netflix film ‘K-Pop Girls! Demon Hunters’. The tour aims to provide fans with an immersive experience based on the film’s unique blend of K-pop, fantasy action, and Korean culture.
The tour began in Taipei in July 2025, followed by Taichung in August 2025. The event is currently being held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where it features the first appearance in Asia of a massive air balloon of the popular character ‘Darpy’, designed by Wes Star. A subsequent pop-up event is scheduled to take place in Shibuya, Japan, later this year.
