Wesco International earns Great Place To Work certification

Wesco International has earned the Great Place To Work certification for the third consecutive year. The recognition is based on feedback from current employees regarding their workplace experiences.

According to survey results, 83% of respondents identified Wesco as a great place to work, which is significantly higher than the 57% average reported across U.S. companies. Key metrics from the survey include a 97% rating for physical safety and 91% of employees stating they can take time off when needed. Additionally, over 89% of respondents reported that management treats employees fairly regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.

Anthony S. Marino, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, noted that the recognition reflects the connection between the company’s culture and its ability to deliver for customers.
