West Brom close to £4.3m deal for Levante winger Kareem Tunde

West Bromwich Albion is nearing an agreement to sign 21-year-old winger Kareem Tunde from Levante UD. The deal is reportedly worth approximately £4.3 million, consisting of an initial £2.6 million fee and up to £1.7 million in performance-related add-ons.

One of the potential bonuses is tied to West Brom securing promotion to the Premier League. The agreement between the clubs is said to be largely finalized, with the transfer pending medical examinations and administrative formalities. Tunde, a Barcelona-born attacker who is eligible to represent both Nigeria and Spain, was notably absent from Levante’s matchday squad for their recent fixture against Osasuna, signaling the imminent move.

Tunde has developed through the Levante academy and made 21 La Liga appearances last season. The transfer structure may also include a percentage for Levante regarding any future sale of the player.
