West Bromwich Albion beat Burnley 3-1 to top Championship

West Bromwich Albion secured a 3-1 comeback victory over Burnley at The Hawthorns to maintain a perfect start to the Championship season. The win marks two consecutive league victories for the club.

Burnley took an early lead in the eighth minute following an own goal by Callum Styles. West Brom equalized ten minutes later through Harry Whitwell, who scored with a low left-footed shot. Isaac Price then secured the win for Albion, scoring first with a curled right-footed shot from 20 yards and later converting a penalty.

Price was named Man of the Match for his performance. The result leaves West Brom at the top of the table alongside Millwall and Charlton, while Burnley remains without a league win under new manager Nicky Hayen.
