West Coast Estates acquires Craigtoun Park site in St Andrews

Aberdeen‑based property developer West Coast Estates has completed the acquisition of Craigtoun Park, a seven‑acre mixed‑use site in St Andrews. The consented development is valued at roughly £25 million and will provide over 60,000 sq ft of retail, office and business space, integrating with the surrounding landscape through existing trees, hedgerows and stepped rooflines.

The project coincides with the construction of about 1,250 new homes in the area and is expected to generate at least 170 permanent jobs and 100 construction jobs. Director Iftikar Mian said the purchase marks a significant moment for the company as it continues to revitalise brownfield sites across Scotland.
