West Ham board backs Nuno Espirito Santo amid fan discontent

West Ham United's board has expressed full support for manager Nuno Espirito Santo despite increasing frustration from supporters regarding the team's recent performances and tactical decisions.

Following draws against Millwall and QPR that have left the club outside of automatic promotion places in the Championship, fans have criticized Espirito Santo's cautious approach and frequent lineup changes. Critics have described his tendency to alter starting elevens and make frequent half-time substitutions as destabilizing to the squad.

In response to the growing discontent, a source within the club stated that the hierarchy remains ‘100 per cent behind the manager’ and maintains confidence that he will achieve the club's primary objective of returning to the Premier League.
