The West Herzegovina Canton Ministry of Finance has disbursed a total of 1,534,131.20 KM in subsidies for agriculture and economic development during 2026.

Agricultural incentives totaled 909,131.20 KM, targeting animal production and olive grove expansion. Specific allocations include 340,000 KM for dairy cows, 160,350 KM for breeding sheep, 177,821 KM for beekeeping, and 79,535.20 KM for fresh sheep and goat milk production. Additional funds were provided for breeding goats, pigs, laying hens, and olive cultivation.

Furthermore, 625,000 KM was allocated to stimulate economic development. This includes 215,900 KM for machinery procurement and modernization, 140,000 KM for new business entities and beginners, and 110,000 KM for business digitalization. Other funds supported traditional crafts, entrepreneurship for persons with disabilities, and returnees.
