West Indies draw T20I series against India 2–2

The West Indies men's cricket team drew their five-match Twenty20 International series against India 2–2 after rain forced the abandonment of the final decisive match in Bengaluru. After losing the first two matches, the West Indies recovered to win the third and fourth encounters, preventing an outright series victory for India.

West Indies captain Shai Hope was named Player of the Series, scoring 261 runs at an average of 130.5, while Keemo Paul led the bowling with eight wickets.

Following the series, West Indies head coach Daren Sammy called for increased financial investment in Caribbean cricket. Sammy noted that while the team performed well against the reigning T20 World Cup champions, the region lacks the robust financial infrastructure seen in the Indian cricketing system. He expressed hope that the competitive performance would encourage stakeholders to provide more support to the sport in the West Indies.
