West Kelowna opens mail-in and advanced voting for municipal election

Residents of West Kelowna can now apply for mail-in ballots for the upcoming 2026 municipal election. Eligible voters may request ballot packages via an online application form or in person at City Hall.

Mail-in packages can be collected from City Hall, picked up by an authorized representative, delivered via Canada Post, or sent via courier at the voter's expense. Completed packages must be mailed by October 16 or hand-delivered to City Hall by 8 p.m. on October 17. A secure drop box will be available outside City Hall for submissions until the election deadline.

In addition to mail-in options, advanced voting days are scheduled for October 7, 13, and 15 at City Hall. The general election day is Saturday, October 17. The official list of nominees for mayor, council, and school trustee is expected to be released on October 11.
