West Side Hallo Fest returns to Lacul Morii for fourth edition

The fourth edition of West Side Hallo Fest, one of Romania’s largest Halloween festivals, is scheduled to take place from October 30 to November 1, 2026, at Baza Digului Lacului Morii. Organized by the Sector 6 City Hall, the event will feature the theme ‘ORIGINI’ (Origins), focusing on the myths, legends, rituals, and symbols that form the basis of modern Halloween traditions.

The three-day festival will transform the Lacul Morii area with large-scale artistic installations, thematic zones inspired by folklore, and interactive decorations. Activities are designed for all age groups, including dedicated areas for children, live music and concerts for youth, and gastronomic offerings for adults. The event aims to provide an immersive experience where visitors can interact with the themed environments rather than just observing them.
