Western Kentucky University volleyball sweeps Jacksonville State

Western Kentucky University volleyball defeated Jacksonville State in a 3-0 sweep on Friday night at Pete Mathews Coliseum in Jacksonville, Alabama. The victory brings WKU’s record to 11-6 overall and 5-0 in Conference USA.

The Hilltopper offense displayed significant depth, with nine players recording at least two kills and all 14 roster members seeing playing time. Kaira Knox led the scoring with nine kills and a .643 hitting percentage. Tayler Baron contributed 14 digs, three aces, an assist, and her first career kill during the match.

WKU dominated the hitting statistics, outperforming Jacksonville State with a .402 hitting percentage compared to .122. The set scores were 25-21, 25-11, and 25-13.
