Western Sörmland food producers host popup in Stockholm

Food producers from Vingåker, Katrineholm, and Flen are hosting a gastronomic popup at Söderhallarna in Stockholm from October 23 to November 8. This marks the third time this event has been held in the city, following previous installations at Radici and Götgatan.

The event showcases the culinary diversity of western Sörmland, featuring local producers, farmers, and restaurateurs such as Köttkompaniet, Boullion, Tjoget, and Liebling. The showcase highlights the region's combination of historical agricultural landscapes and progressive food craftsmanship, focusing on seasonal and wild ingredients.

In conjunction with the popup, the Sörmland Food Cluster is also promoting the “Vilda Sörmland” initiative from November 2 to 8. This campaign emphasizes wild ingredients from the local landscape, including venison, mushrooms, and berries, through recipes and activities from various regional farms and restaurants.
