Westrock Coffee Reports Q2 Revenue Growth and Reduced Losses

Westrock Coffee announced second‑quarter results showing revenue of $305.66 million, up from $280.86 million a year earlier. The company narrowed its net loss to $13.66 million, compared with $21.56 million in the prior year, and diluted loss per share fell to 14 cents from 23 cents. Adjusted EBITDA rose 38.9% to $21.3 million, and the firm generated free cash flow for the first time, reporting $20.2 million of free cash flow. Capital expenditures were reduced to $6.5 million after a larger outlay in the previous quarter. The stock closed at $8.09 per share. The earnings release also noted a negative return on equity of 2,145.68% and a net margin of –5.59%, with total earnings per share of –$0.14, missing analyst expectations by $0.07.
