Wests Tigers NRLW side secures top-four finish and finals berth

The Wests Tigers NRLW side has secured a top-four finish, qualifying for the finals for the first time in 15 years. Following a difficult 2025 season where the team earned only one win and the wooden spoon, the squad finished the 11-match regular season with a 7-4 record.

Coach Craig Sandercock attributed the turnaround to improved resilience and the ability to win key moments in matches. The club’s success was bolstered by the recruitment of veteran players Raecene McGregor and Shaylee Bent, who joined existing core players including captain Kezie Apps and forward Sarah Togatuki.
