Whataburger appoints Starbucks veteran Rob Dellinger as VP of Restaurant Technology

Whataburger has appointed Rob Dellinger as its new Vice President of Restaurant Technology. Dellinger joins the fast food chain following a nearly 26-year career at Starbucks, where he most recently served as Director of PoS Application Development.

In his new role, Dellinger will oversee the technology powering Whataburger’s restaurants, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient systems for both employees and customers. Rohit Kapoor, Chief Digital and Technology Transformation Officer, described Dellinger as a seasoned innovator capable of managing complex technology at scale.
