White Cube lifts all employees’ base salary by 10 million won

White Cube announced a uniform increase of the basic salary for every employee by 10 million won (approximately 1,000 만원). The company framed the raise as a proactive compensation measure intended to reduce uncertainty about pay and to reinforce a performance‑oriented, achievement‑focused culture. CEO Choi Hyuk‑jun said the policy rewards staff who solve difficult problems and helps build a sustainable growth structure.

The firm also highlighted ongoing investment in AI‑driven automation and a smart work environment, noting that its in‑house AI CX assistant has cut customer‑service workload by more than half while handling over 17,000 inquiries. White Cube operates the commerce‑marketing platform “Challengers” and the influencer‑marketing service “Museby”. It reported 2025 revenue of 27.3 billion won, three consecutive years of profit, and recognition as a “baby unicorn” by the Ministry of SMEs and Start‑ups.
