White nationalist group targets First Nation in British Columbia

A group of masked individuals conducted a demonstration in Kamloops, British Columbia, by dropping a banner from an overpass near the Tkemlups te Secwepemc First Nation. The banner contained a message mocking reports of unmarked graves at the site of a former residential school.

Online claims have circulated suggesting the event was a “false flag” operation orchestrated by government agents to suppress free speech or influence the upcoming provincial election. However, evidence indicates the action was carried out by white nationalists. Visual evidence from the demonstration shows participants wearing clothing featuring logos associated with Second Sons Canada, a far-right organization described by the Canadian Anti-Hate Network as being inspired by militant white nationalist groups.
