White Rabbit expands gluten-free frozen sourdough pizza range

White Rabbit is expanding its frozen gluten-free sourdough pizza range with new flavors and improved recipes. The updated lineup features a larger 10-inch Romana base made with a bespoke dough recipe containing twice the amount of 24-hour slow-proved sourdough.

The expansion includes the launch of a Salame Piccante flavor, described as a category-first spicy frozen gluten-free pizza. Other offerings include a revamped Prosciutto Ham & Mushroom pizza and an improved Chicken & Chorizo recipe.

Product availability is rolling out across several major UK retailers. The Margherita launched in Tesco on September 8, while the Salame Piccante and Prosciutto Ham & Mushroom varieties are arriving in Sainsbury’s and Ocado starting September 20. The Prosciutto Ham & Mushroom pizza will also reach Asda stores on October 14, and the Chicken & Chorizo recipe is available in Morrisons and Ocado.
