WholeClear Software releases version 11.0 of email migration tool

WholeClear Software has released version 11.0 of its desktop email migration software. The update introduces a new four-step guided workflow consisting of Source, Explorer, Destination, and Conversion phases. This restructuring aims to reduce support requests by allowing users to verify source data and output settings through readiness checks before proceeding with a task.

The software is compatible with Windows 10/11 and macOS 12+ on both Intel and Apple Silicon systems. It supports various formats, including PST, OST, EML, MSG, MBOX, EMLX, TGZ, and NSF, and enables direct migration to platforms such as Microsoft 365, IMAP, Gmail, and Google Workspace.

New features include options for setting file naming conventions, choosing whether to save attachments separately, and retaining original email headers. A free trial version is available, limited to 25 processed elements per task.
